CLEVELAND, Ohio – About 1.7% of babies born in Ohio in 2021 were due to in vitro fertilization or another assisted reproductive technology, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Ohio had 30,375 births in 2021, according to the CDC, meaning about 500 babies were born using IVF or another assisted reproductive technology.
