AT&T Inc. was sued by Lab Technology Inc., which says the telecom giant infringed its patented voice mapping technology.
Lab Technology’s complaint, which was filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, says that it holds all the rights to Patent No. 8,483,102, which is entitled “System and method for mapping a voice identity across multiple telephony networks with time attributes.”
